Ordering
It is possible to place order at www.specktrum.eu every day of the week. Orders are processed in the order in which they are ordered. After your completed order, you will receive an order confirmation on your provided e-mail. Please check in "advertisement" or "spam folder" if you can not see your order confirmation in your inbox.
Gift Wrapping
Gift wrapping is possible on selected products. It appears during the shopping card page where gift wrapping can be selected. Please note that gift wrapping is selected on product level.
Payment
Specktrum I / S receives online payments with; Visa and Mastercard.
Payment will only be deducted from your account when the physical item is shipped or the virtual product is created unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
When paying with Visa Electron and Mastercard Debit, which are debit cards, the payment will be reserved in your account in accordance with the terms of your card until we withdraw or reject the payment.
All amounts on the website include danish VAT.

Delivery
The delivery time for your order is typically within 7 business days.
We typically dispatch your order from our warehouse within 1-2 business days.
Delivery area: Germany, Sweden, Belgium, Austria, Luxembourg.
Shipping to Home Address: 20 EUR.
We offer free shipping on orders above 135 EUR.
Specktrum ApS ships goods with the following: UPS
You will always receive a track and trace number so you can track your package.
If the delivery looks damaged, we ask you to receive the package with reservations.
Returns
Private persons have the right to cancel within 14 days without stating reasons.
The cancellation deadline shall be 14 days from the day on which you or a third party appointed by you, have or has taken possession of the last goods (14 days for goods on sale).
You can cancel the order by noticing us thereof. Please contact us via e-mail letting us know that you want to return:

You cannot use your right of cancellation by refusing to accept the goods at delivery, or by omitting to collect it, without at the same time letting us know that you wish to return.

The goods cannot be sent COD or without distribution.
Postage as well as any other expenses in relation to returning such as secure packaging must be paid by you.
Upon return, you are responsible for wrapping the goods securely. You hold the risk of the goods as of delivery. You are responsible for the arrival of the package at our warehouse. We recommend using track and trace so that you may follow the shipment.
You are only responsible for any possible decrease of the products’ value caused by the handling of the goods other than what is necessary to determine the character and features of the goods, as well as the way it works. You may examine the products in the same way as one can and may in a physical store, but you may not start using the product.
Claims
If you purchase goods that have a defect the Danish Sale of Goods Act applies.
You can make your claim with 24 months from the time of your delivery. Contact us at kontakt@specktrum.dk and describe the claim in as much details as possible. The complaint must be justified and that the defect is not caused by incorrect use.

We do not resell personal information and do not pass on your personal information to others, they are only registered in our customer directory. You can have your information deleted at any time.
In order for you to enter into an agreement with Specktrum ApS, we need the following information:
